The AC is running but the air is warm. That is a repair call. The usual suspects are a low refrigerant charge from a slow leak, a failed contactor, a tripped outdoor breaker, or a frozen evaporator coil restricting airflow. Start at AC repair.
The system is 10 to 15 years old and this is the second repair this season. Weigh the age of the unit against the cost of the repair. Systems installed before 2010 usually run R-22 refrigerant, which the EPA phased out of production, so leak repairs get expensive. Ask us to price a replacement alongside the repair.
