When the furnace quits on a cold night, Plano is only a few minutes from our Sandwich shop, so no-heat calls placed between 7:30 AM and 9 PM are usually seen the same day, seven days a week. Just In Time Heroes handles furnace repair, heating service, boiler work, AC and plumbing for Plano homes from one dispatch line: 815-768-4771.
Every heating visit starts with a diagnosis, not a guess. The technician finds the actual fault, writes up an itemized price for that specific repair, and waits for your approval before touching a part. Just In Time Heroes is a licensed Illinois contractor, License #055-043535, and Plano gets the same-day and emergency heating service we offer in our home market of Sandwich.
We will always say so when a repair is the better answer. Three situations tip the decision toward furnace installation instead: a cracked heat exchanger, which is a carbon monoxide risk and is replaced rather than repaired; parts that are no longer available for your model; and repairs that have turned into a yearly event.
Every replacement starts with a free in-home estimate. We size the new furnace to the house with a load calculation rather than copying the old unit's rating, because an oversized furnace short cycles and an undersized one runs without catching up. Financing is available; ask when you call and we will lay out the options on the written quote.
Some of Plano's older homes heat with hot-water or steam boilers, and we service those too. Cold radiators, banging or knocking pipes, pressure faults, a relief valve that keeps dripping, and leaks at the boiler or its fittings are the common calls. Every boiler repair visit includes a gas leak check and a carbon monoxide test before we leave.
The same trucks that cover Plano heating calls handle summer no-cool calls. If the air conditioner runs but the house will not cool, the outdoor unit hums without starting, or ice is forming on the refrigerant lines, book AC repair and we will work it the same way we work a furnace: find the fault, quote it in writing, then fix it.
Our licensed plumbers cover the rest of the house: leaking pipes, slow or backed-up drains, sump pumps, tank and tankless water heaters, and well pressure tanks for homes on private wells. See our plumbing services page for the full list.
We take calls from every address in the 60545 ZIP code, and Just In Time Heroes is a member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. If you are just outside Plano, our Yorkville team covers the next town over, and whichever truck is closest takes the call.
We offer super specials to help you get the service you need for a little less.
